We understand that blocked lines and leaks are inconvenient for our customers, so we are happy to now offer our new camera with LED lighting that allows for clear filming and recording to find obstructions (grease, cement, dirt, roots, etc.) in sewer and drain lines so we can then show our customers where these blockages are located.

Our jet cleaner using both hot and cold water at 4000 pounds per square inch (PSI) of water pressure with a multitude of specialty heads, allowing us to clear a wide variety of blockages in a more time saving and cost efficient manner than traditional drain clearing machines.

Our location and jet services are capable of checking new construction projects for obstructions in sewer and drain lines.  This diagnostic practice is becoming more commonly requested by engineers when presenting specifications on new construction jobs.

We can also clear drain lines and culverts from 2 to 24 inches, clear up to 12-inch sewer lines, clear grease lines, and clear most tree roots up to 12 inches long. Jet technology is superior to traditional drain clearing machines since it clears the blockage while cleaning the rest of the pipe as the debris is washed away instead of simply breaching the original blockage.

Along with our location and jet services, we offer leak location and repair for both residential and commercial properties. Leak detection, location, monitoring, and repair are all offered by Mid-State. This includes leak detection and location in concrete slabs, walls, swimming pools, and hot tubs up to 8 feet deep, utility location services on private property, and finding water leaks and pressure failure in new pipeline for both commercial and residential customers.
